Monitoring and Review

Monitoring

Objective: verify the need for revision of products to improve accuracy. In some situations the continuous improvement process may not be sufficient.

When it starts: is suggested to be performed periodically, between 2 or 4 weeks.

Check Metrics

Person: data supervisor.

Where: backoffice (website).

Instruction: Use the IRE reports to check products with accuracy lower than 90%, considering only the reports collected after the last training. Also check for products with a high absolute number of incorrect identifications.

Take good metrics practices into consideration.

Review

Objective: the review of registrations to identify and resolve cases that are not following good practices.

When it starts: when it turns out that there are cases that need more attention during monitoring (low accuracy, high number of incorrect identifications, and negative feedbacks from operators).

Review Products

Person: data supervisor.

Where: backoffice (website).

Instructions: Use dashboard reports to check which products are no longer appearing in reports from past weeks. In accordance with good product practices, consider removing products that are not being used.

Review Catalogs

Person: data supervisor.

Where: backoffice (website).

Instruction: Review the product catalogs for attention, making sure they comply with good catalog practices. Remove or add products, catalogs, and images as needed. This may require you to collect more reports and approve more images, directing field operators to collect them.

Where: backoffice (website).

Instruction: check that the relevant planograms for the products under attention are in accordance with good practice, containing all relevant catalogs.
