Importing a planogram

You can choose to import a planogram from a pre-existing planogram image by selecting the import planogram button.

You will be prompted to upload a file. Click the Select File button to browse your computer for the planogram file. You can select a PDF or image file format. Make sure the file is properly formatted and contains all necessary information.

Here is an example of an image that can be uploaded for reference.

Once you have selected the appropriate file, click the Upload button to transfer the file to the system. After the file has been uploaded, click the Continue button to proceed to the next step.

Before you finish importing, you'll have the opportunity to preview your planogram. This preview allows you to make sure that your planogram looks the way you expect and that all elements are displayed correctly. Take your time to review the preview thoroughly.

If the preview looks correct, click on the Import button to finalize the process. This action will import the planogram into your system. Note that you will have the option to edit the positions of the products within the planogram at a later stage if necessary.

After successfully importing the planogram, the next step is to associate it with specific equipment. This is essential for ensuring that the planogram is correctly implemented in the physical space. You have two options for associating equipment:

1- Select Existing Equipment: If you already have equipment configured in your system, you can choose from the existing list. Select the appropriate equipment that matches the planogram.

2- Create New equipment: If a suitable team does not exist in your system, you can create a new team. Provide a name for the new team and proceed to configure its details. You will be redirected to the Create Team

Finally, in the Equipment tab, you can make further adjustments to the planogram. This includes changing product positions and editing any other details as needed. If you selected an existing equipment, the planogram editing tab will open directly, allowing you to make these adjustments in an easy-to-use interface, similar to the example shown above.
